All great points. my personal experience if you want to please the boss is to actually do some work. Some of the things that I see happening around the workplace is people continually checking their smartphones, going out for a smoke every hour or so. Continually talking to people instead of working.
They then wonder why they’re not getting as many hours as I do. If they changed their work ethics they’d find things would change as far as hours go.
